In recent years,there are some disputes caused by media workers while they are having recessive interviews and violating the right of privacy of the interviewees’.The thesis expounded the marginal relationship between media workers and recessive interviews,the laws and regulations that journalists should follow.This is the requirement of professional moral and public benefit which will benefit to the healthy development of the me-dia cause.
