Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Retrieval System for Sensitive Information on Web

This paper describes the techniques for the design and implementation of an intelligent retrieval system for sensitive information on the Web. According to the space structure of the Web, and focusing on one special subnet the system is designed on a new information retrieval concept, which is Web page retrieving based on the finding of sensitive sites on the Web. This paper introduces the design and implementation of the system and discusses the key techniques of its modules.
