Technology to Prevent Buffer Overflow Attacks Based on CPU Hardware

It is difficult to protect the safety of modern computer systems by software method, hardware-based security technology is a new and important topic. The buffer overflow, harm to systems and intrusion mechanism are analyzed. The principle of NX(No eXecute bit) technology to prevent buffer overflow attack based on CPU hardware and implementation are explained. The works are beneficial to the research of CPU made in china.
