For the single frequency GPS user,the time delay in ionosphere is important mistake.Klobuchar is a convenient and reliable model,which can rectify the position measuring delay mistake made by single frequency GPS.Displaying the analysis and solution of this model,is helpful for writing the single frequency GPS programe.
