Objective To explore the value of diagosing portal-vein embolism with the dynamic threedimensional ultrasounds.Methods Examine 45 cases of the portal-vein embolism with the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds and the analyst and sort their images.Results the space appearance had odvious differences between the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds images and the two-dimensional images .For example,the embolism's sizethe embolism's internal echo and the relation that embolism was with the blood vessel wall.we can diagose the degrees of the portal-vein embloize according to the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds images.Conclusion In the dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds images,the space appearance of the embolism's size.The embolism's internal echo and the relation that the embolism is with the blood vessel wall is showed very clearly.We can diagnose the characters of the embolism and exactly caculate the degrees of the portal-vein embloize according to the images.The dynamic three-dimensional ultrasounds have important value in the portal-vein embloize diagnose.
