For the easy acceptance of criminal punishment imposition through software in China,the existing thinking way is the premise and catalyst.Positive comment should be given to the effort,but precaution is still a necessary attitude toward the design and application of law software.The imposition of criminal punishment though software in particular is not a matter for hasty endeavors.
