Frequency assignment algorithm for HF communication based on chirp-sounding technology

A model with the restrictive assignment is proposed for frequency selection technics for HF communication,which is based on the channel parameter provided by HF chirp-sounding technology.The genetic algorithm(GA) is used to solve this mode.The GA in this paper adopts a kind of sequence coding.Everybody is composed of a series of assigned sequence number.During the simulate,the GA disobeies the restriction badly.To solve this problem,three methods are bring forward.According to the conclusion of simulate,the model is proper and the GA is effective.
