A New Way to Know about the Universe

This paper reviewed the principle and method to survey neutrinos and X-ray. It also discussed the theory that the mass of the neutrinos is not zero, and the discovery of the source of a series of X-rays in the universe and their deep influence and great enriching power to the relevant theory.
