This paper introduced the automate meter reading system based on ZigBee.It introduced the net structure and its characteristi cs.It introduced the mostly function,structure and representative application circuit of 2.4GHz RF chip CC2430 which is manufactured by Chipon Company.It is accorded with IEEE 802.15.4.It gives the design of its hardware.
