Analysis of the influence of uncertain factors on certain value in item evaluation

In item evaluation,the influence of many uncertain factors is produced.While income method is used to evaluate,uncertain factors analysis of income sum,conversion rate and income time limit must be emphasized in order to improve the credibility of the conclusion of income method and to lay income method in prediction of future income on more scientific basis.
