Study on Dual-side Linear Motor Synchro Phase Searching and Control Technology in H-type Stage

An experimental system of linear motor H-type stage positioning system including its control system was built.The structural characteristics of H-type stage driven by linear motors were analysed.The method of synchro phase searching for dual linear motors by incremental encoder signals was proposed.The program was designed for H-type stage synchro phase searching and home searching.Three methods of synchro motion control for dual driven linear motors were studied.Through analyzing the principle and experimental results,it is shown that multiple-axes technology is very suitable for high-accuracy synchro controlling dual linear motors in H-type stage.
