Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)is the strongest measurement to China's modern Urban traffic management under the current traffic networks and traffic flows,As an important developing direction of china's ITS applying technology.Intelligent Traffic Signal Control System(ITSCS)plays a very important role in the coming urban management.In this paper,we will go on discussing some key question on it's core control algorithm—Urban Intelligent Traffic Signal Control Algorithm(UTTSCA).
