WikiLeaks is an international non-profit organization dedicated to bringing private and secret news and information to the public.This paper analyzes the reasons why WikiLeaks operates successfully,summarizes the revelation of China information and network security from WikiLeaks event.In conclusion,we present the countermeasures related to China information and network security.
