Linear Equalization Methods under HF Channel

The characteristic of HF sky-wave channel is discussed in this paper,and then the model of bad HF sky-wave channel described by CCIR is derived and its performance is researched by comprehensive simulation.On the basis of above work,the simulation compares two algorithms of linear equalization,that is,the effect of least mean square(LMS) and recursive least square(RLS) equalization algorithms.Finally,performance comparison is performed.
