Study on Methods of Hydro-environment Data Visualization for Three Gorges Project

Hydro-environment data are transformed into alternant tables,diagrams,pictures and maps based on visualization theories and methods.These methods are helpful for understanding hydro-environment phenomena and finding its rules.According to characters of hydro-environmental data of Three Gorges Project,The paper study typical visualization methods of hydro-environment which iinclude visualization of pollutants belt and water quality valuing.Additionally,two new methods are brought out which are diagram of two dimensions pollutant concentration along polluted belt and mercury pole map of water quality classification.
