Analysis of performance index is a good complementing to the evaluation of security states of previous system.Study on it makes realistic sense in practice. This study describes the states of performance index qualitatively using cloud theory and the weighted mean method for multi-sensor.Firstly,the data gathered from the multi-sensor under normal states is tested for consistency using distributing graph method.Secondly, the value of the minimum average mean variance is fused using the weighted mean method for multi- sensor, and then the deviations of the value of the minimum average mean variance and performance index data at every arbitrary moment are gained. Finally, five remake sets are constructed based on cloud theory and they are combined with the deviation to describe the current states of performance index qualitatively. The experiment results show that this method is effective.
