The ARP virus is spreading in university network,the effective guard ARP virus has become guarantees the network unimpeded essential condition.This paper has made the detailed discussion and the analysis to the symptoms,attack principles and attack types of ARP virus,puts forward some methods for preventing ARP virus during the process of digitalizing the documents in university.
