Applications of Artificial Neural Networks in Cultural Relics Classification System

As its strong ability of studying and adapting, the artificial neural networks are widely used in the fields of pattern recognition, pattern classification, automatic controlling, image processing and intelligent system of nonlinear modeling. In this paper, a survey of several typical neural networks' structures, functions and study algorithms is given, including their applications in cultural relics classification system and comparisons of classified results.
