Practical Method of Fast Processing of the Tobacco Grading Data by Using EXCEL

Tobacco Grading have a large amount of data and indicators,and the errors of statistical summary are always in a high incidence.To solve those problems,in this paper the IF function and pivot tables in Excel was proposed to simplify the data processing.By statistical analysis of the pivot table and the IF functions the system was built to automatically identify the judgment statement.This method could not only greatly improve work efficiency,but also avoid the occurrence of errors in statistical summary.
