Research on idle mode of radio resource control of user equipment in TD-SCDMA

RRC lies in the 3 rd sublayer of air interface protocol stack,the main function of which is the control and management of radio resource .In this paper, idle mode of RRC is the object of research,and the initial cell selection process in idle mode is the emphasis of research,which should be introduced and analyzed in detail .At last,a practical scheme of initial cell selection is given.
