To ensure people' s lives and property and meet the needs of modem war, it is necessary for an alarm control system to include the network system architecture, automatic control process, multimedia information transfer, diversified system usage, hierarchical control style, fuzzy signal manipulation.To achieve all these goals, the wireless remote control and communication system is developed with the newest multimedia, computer, communications, control,GIS,relational database and object-oriented programming technologies.
