According to the character of optic-guided cruise missiles,a real-time path planning scheme is presented.A model of permitted course area of missiles is established under contrary light conditions, and combining it with the other flight constraint conditions of cruise missiles, the search space of the A* algorithm is planned.Aiming at the inefficient planning way of smoothing all the digital terrain in the traditional A* algorithm,a new A* algorithm which only real-time smooths the possible path by each search step is proposed.Simulation results show that the new A* algorithm is suitable for optic-guided cruise missiles and has more efficiency than the traditional one.
