On the Legal Responsibility of Computer Software End-users

With the development of technology,the issue of responsibility of computer software end-users is becoming a challenge to China's legislation on copyright law.To maintain the balance between the public interest and the interest of composers,end-users should be responsible for using piratic software.To solve the problem of responsibility of computer software end-users,we should adopt the theory of supposition and make different end-users take the different legal responsibilities.
