Digital image watermark detection based on FLOM in dCT domain

Based on hypothesis of fractional lower order moments(FLOM) on statistical distribution,the paper proposes a new watermark detection method in DCT domain,by the means of fractional lower order statistics estimation.The hypothesis of FLOM is more suitable for practical processing of digital image watermark,theoretical analysis and expeinental results show that proposed method is more efficient than previous study with wider application,and it reduces the distortion ratio by 7.6% compared with traditional methods.
