Balanced Score Card and It's Development Trends

With the information economic coming,the inner and outer environments have largely changed.It is necessary to establish a new and scientific performance evaluation method,and the balanced score card is produced.This article summarizes the theory of balanced score card,and deeply analyzes the misusage about balanced score card presently and its development trends.
