The use of agent's knowledge in decision-making

The issue analyses the role of knowledge in dealing with environmental uncertainty,we pointed out that the role of knowledge in the process of agents' decision making is not only assistant which has been discussed a lot in literatures,but also has a substitute influence to the rational calculate.Whether to choose the rule-oriented decision mode which has cost named deviation cost or to choose the rational calculate decision mode which cost resources,is the rational decision of agents by weighing between deviation cost and decision cost.Directing by saving deviation cost agents will arrange their knowledge according to environmental circumstance.There exists a critical probability of environmental circumstance which determines the domains of using which type of decision mode.
