Design and Implementation of IC Telephone Management Information System

For saving communication cost, many enterprises employ IC(Intelligent Card) telephones. IC telephones were managed by financial center of enterprise concentratedly in IC telephone management information system. It takes Delphi as development tools, and takes Access as database. The system is composed of management subsystem and self-service subsystem. The first subsystem includes functions of data management, IC management, inquiry and account management. The self-service subsystem implements IC fee-self-add function and query function.
