Data subarea based on linear quadtree

When creating DEM, we always encounter numerous discrete data points which make ransacking all points difficult. The traditionarl method is to partition all points into areas, but the technology can't effectively accelerate the speed of dealing with dissymmetrical points. We refer to the data subarea based on linear quadtree,and present its data-structure, realization, advantages and disadvantages.
