Design of serial communication between PLC and servo amplifier

This paper introduced a design proposal of RS-485 communication between MITSUBISHI FX2N series PLC and Kinco ED200 servo amplifier,discussed the design principle,hardware structure and software implementation of this communication system in detail,and established touch screen HMI to control the system.The results for practice showed that the system is easy to operate and reliable to run,and can be widely used in the other areas.
