This paper addresses the issue of movement parameter estimation in Model-based Coding.Using the are derived applicable to knowledge of 3D Motion Estimation,a movement model and an optic flow based algorithm human face motion estimation.Analysis is given of the algorithm performance,Finally a discussion is devoted on the improvement of the algorithm.
