Information management can heighten the systematic function of social activity participants.It can heighten its systematic rate and the activities for systematic export in the end.Scientific evaluation can supply guiding direction for information management for its convenience and correctness in order to ensure the information management to achieve greater profit,and play better role of information resources with less investment under a correct thought.It can also make scientific evaluation system more complete.Both information management and scientific evaluation can supply each other and develop together.They can accurate the continuous progress of informed society together.
