The design and realization of the attendence system based on multiple distributed means

The attendance information is the foundation and the important link for management of schools,institutions or companies.After summarizing the shortcomings of some work attendance information systems,this paper proposes the structure of attendance information system with the functions such as website search,E-mail,speech search and short message search.The experimental result shows that this system reduces the requirements of equipments and operates easily,decreasing the daily expenses and development costs of the system.
