Railway Lines Video Data Acquisition System could not only acquire and compress railway lines video data in real time but also form index data that could be used for searching and positioning frame in latter playing video. Using index data, railway video player customized could search and posite frame according to given kilometer when playing. It was introduced design and development of the System in detail.
