Application of open laboratory management system in management of nursing laboratory

Objective To explore the effect of open laboratory management system in management of nursing laboratory in order to improve scientific management of nursing laboratory.Methods The modern network technology and campus network were used to realize systematic,standardized,convenient and informationlized nursing laboratory management.Results After applying open laboratory management system,we reduced the consumption of human and material resources of the laboratory,managed the laboratory more rationally,and achieved maximum resource utilization.Meanwhile,we provided the experimental teaching management service,completed the program within a variety of experimental course,combined the actual situation of laboratory to open service for nursing students,and created the opportunities of practice and innovation after class for the students.Conclusion The open laboratory management system can improve the efficiency of laboratory management and laboratory utilization and provide more hands-on opportunities for nursing students,which contributes to the realization of individualized experiment teaching and the cultivation of the students' comprehensive abilities and innovative spirit.
