An Analysis of Circumstantial Evidence's Inference Function in the Investigation and Trial

Circumstantial evidence can not be directly used to infer the main facts of a case as indirect evidence. However, in the investigation and trial, circumstantial evidence's function in inferring the facts of a case isn't inferior to that of direct evidence, even more important. Currently, how to give full play to the function and role of circumstance evidence in criminal investigation and trial has become a theoretical and realistic issue worthy of high attention.
