Design and Application of Real-Time Hospital Infection Monitoring System

In order to strengthen the management of hospital infection, the.NET technology and SQLSERVER2005 database were used to build a seamless interface with each subsystem, and then a real-time hospital infection monitoring system was developed. Based on real-time collection of hospital infection data, the tripartite-control mode was applied to combine doctors' reports and supervision from Department of Hospital Infection Management to realize intelligent identifi cation, monitoring and broadcasting. Application of the system could reduce the infection rate and improve the work effi ciency and quality for nosocomial infection managing staff.
