Effect of Design Patterns on Performance of J2EE Application
Yonghao Wang · Journal of Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute · 2006
J2EE applications usually are the distributed enterprise level applications and the performance is often used to evaluate the J2EE applications. By analyzing the performance of J2EE applications when the Web components visit EJB components and the client visits entity EJBs with and without using the design patterns, the paper concludes that the proper use of design patterns can improve both the architecture of J2EE applications and their performance.
