Applications of data safety and transition between different flat roofs in database

According to practical experiences in the development of some database systems in order to solve the problems of link without date source name(DSN), data transmission safely,online transmission,accordance state of database,time synchronization between servers and clients,limit time database operation,data transition between different flat roofs,and finally backup and restore of floppy disk or hard disk,some simple and effective applied techniques are proposed.
