The depiction of power semigroups over normal series and power semigroups of Clifford semigroup

In this paper,based on the relation between normal subgroup and congruence,another depiction of normal series power semigroup is given from the angles of congruence by the method of analogy.Then,two important structural theorem are obtained by the special structure of Clifford semigroup.
