Thinking on Correction Ability Training of Editors of Cross-discipline Social Sciences Journal ——Take Editing of Econometric Manuscript for Example

The effects of progress of cross-discipline on social sciences journals,knowledge plight and corresponding correction ability training of editors and so on have been analyzed in this paper.Furthermore,combining with the writer's editorial practices,the paper attempts to clarify that editors can widen knowledge scope,enhance the ability of manuscript processing and upgrade the quality of journals only by means of continuous learning,mutual communicating,intensive manuscript correcting,purposive ability training as well as manuscript source optimizing.
