Presents an improved algorithm for reducing spectrum leakage based on equal angle-interval sampling principle for harmonic measure.Simulation results show the improved algorithm not only greatly improves the accuracy but also reduces the tracking periods.If there is no frequency change,one tracking period is ok.If there is frequency change,two tracking periods are enough.This ensures the real time measurement.The improved algorithm will have great application potential for its high accuracy and real time.
