The isolating amplifier using widely in the communication, industry devices, medical instruments, power and survey equipments is an important part determining the trustworthy of the system. The design of light isolating amplifier using by operator amplifier LM358 and photo-coupler TLP521 is introduced. The linearity of the amplifier is great than 99.5% for a DC or slow signal, the structure is simple, and the cost is little.
