Low Noise Amplifier Design of CDMA Base Station

This paper depict a design plan and test results of low noise amplifier which apply to CDMA2000 base station,The specifications of low noise amplifier is decided by the receiver architecture of base station,According to the simulation results get from Advance design system software show that the gain of LNA is about 18dB in the frequency range from 810MHz to 850MHz;noise figure is 0.8dB,input return loss is above 15dB and output return loss over 12dB,throught it practical tuning and measusing the results show to meet the specifications.This design are ready to be used in a communication company in Hangzhou.
