E-government in common RBAC module

On the basis of analyse in e-government security and access control technologies,a new model of RBAC is put forward and implemented. In order to meet the flexibility requested of authority management in e-government,the model improves shortness of the original model through to put into many mechanisms for example UBAC,function permission and data permission,user group,atomic permission and so on. Then,the flow of access control in the real world is analyzed and get models of system and technology architecture. The implement of this system is done successfully.
