Application of PKI Encryption Technology in an E-Goverment-Networks Security

At first this paper introduces security demands of transmission information over e-government-Networks. Then PKI-an encryption and authentication technology is analyzed in detail. A real encryption and authentication Email system over a e-government-Network is introduced. At last more applications based on PKI are expected.
