Research and Design of Real-Time Website Monitoring and Dynamic Mining Systems

The paper proposes and implements a system of real-time monitoring for Web information and dynamic mining for ill websites. The system can help the correlative departments to crack down on these ill websites so as to depurate the information space of the Internet.
