Study on the Risk Identification and Appraisal of Land Consolidation Planning

Based on the analysis of the risk factors existing in the land consolidation planning,the risk appraisal index system was established.Fuzzy mathematics was used to construct the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model for risk appraisal of land consolidation planning,thus improving the planning and decision-making for land consolidation projects were improved.
