Research on data storage on P2P network computing

Peer-to-peer(P2P) is a technology that develops rapidly and matures continuously.It has become an important architecture of the network computing environment and distributed processing system.From the architectural point of view,P2P network computing technology provides scalability and flexibility.It has no central administration in a general way.Besides other challenges,this leads to the question how data can be stored and managed in a reliable way in the P2P environments.In this paper,the requirements and the challenges are analyzed and discussed.At last,some questions of research and development are given.
