It is urgent and necessary to construct the carcinoma cases database in the information and modern management of clinical carcinoma cases.According to feasible and available principle,construction of carcinoma cases database in large teaching hospital should be emphasized,in order to realize the standard,systemic and convenient management of clinical carcinoma cases,which is beneficial not only to the clinical,teaching and research work but also to the evaluation of curative effect and follow-up.
