Research & Application of AI-Fuzzy VCN in Cypher Science

This paper bases itself upon the analyzing and researching of numbers'carrying,and it introduces a new broad concept of numbers,namely the AI-Fuzzy VCN,it is also called FN(fuzzy numbers)for short.And it points out that,at the mo- ment,in international Maths Computer Science,the basic reasons of puzzled realm in which numbers have been deeply studied and developed at a standstill are all researches on numbers only confined to a same varying rule of FCN.In the meantime,it also points out that,all FCN are only some special samples in VCN.Both VCN properties of keeping a secret and making a secret are incomparably superior to both FCN ones.And it gives out researches and conclusions which of VCN applications on numerals'cipher techniques.
